• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field, in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a hands-on Continuous Improvement project using the DMAIC methodology.
• Conducting time studies and waste evaluations across production lines to identify inefficiencies.
• Applying Lean Manufacturing tools such as Spaghetti diagrams, Line balancing, 7 Wastes analysis, Kaizen events, 5S audits, Standard work documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and exploring various departments within the factory to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Preparing and delivering weekly presentations to site management to report progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Engaging in change management by challenging the status quo and working closely with production employees to implement sustainable changes.
• Documenting project milestones, data analysis, and implementing solutions to support long-term operational excellence.
