Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably CI or Operational Excellence.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to engage with all levels of staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop tracking tools and dashboards for CI initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship on Lean tools.
• Analyze operational data for Lean transformation.
• Lead Lean events and manage follow-up activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and create standard work.
