Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Plant Operations in Beaver Dam, WI to lead manufacturing, quality and safety initiatives while delivering results within budget.

You will manage four divisions, drive continuous improvement, develop talent, and partner with senior leadership to implement the company's manufacturing strategy and Lean/Six Sigma tools to achieve zero loss and 100% employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations experience in a high volume, high growth, food manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Formal training in SQF, Food Safety & Quality, FDA’s FSMA program, including Food Safety, GMPs, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-performance operations team by recruiting and developing capable staff.
• Manage four divisions: Manufacturing, Maintenance, Materials, and Operational Excellence with cost-conscious leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and raise yields.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the plant operations.
