Responsibilities

• Request ingredients for BOM from material handler and ensure correct timing.
• Combine materials in proper sequence and sign off on processing.
• Maintain GMPs, HACCP, and safety standards; monitor mixer settings and sanitation.
• Complete batch forms and assist in training mixing area helpers.
