Qualifications

• Must have 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP and food safety is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production on the assigned shift.
• Plan inventory to meet production requirements.
• Train employees on GMPs, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA.
