Job summary

DEKRA North America, Inc. seeks an Auto Process Consultant to implement LEAN service concepts across select US dealerships, driving 90% of repairs to the brand’s vehicles.

This remote role covers the Mid Atlantic to Boston and Chicago to Texas regions, with significant travel expectations and leadership in change management. The candidate will be a champion, coach, and primary implementer, responsible for program deployment, dealer collaboration, and performance improvements in fixed operations

Qualifications

• LEAN principles knowledge and change management experience.
• Experience applying LEAN service concepts in automotive/retail environments.
• Dealership/Fixed ops background with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert on LEAN service concept for Volvo dealers and regional management.
• Lead implementation at participating dealers and ensure timelines are met.
• Communicate program goals and progress to dealership leadership.
• Develop action plans with Service Manager to meet timelines.
• Provide LEAN training to service teams and management.
• Assist dealerships with equipment and shop layout decisions.
