Job summary

Shift Digital is seeking a Business Partner Sales Consultant to support automotive OEMs and dealership networks across major markets in the US and Canada. The role focuses on enhancing the sales process, SEO/SEM, reputation management, website UX, and digital retailing, with extensive travel required in PA and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Experience articulating sales opportunities to OEMs and dealers
• Ability to generate daily consultation recaps with action items
• Willingness to travel extensively in PA and neighboring states

Responsibilities

• Construct and perform presentations to improve dealer sales process acumen
• Generate daily consultation recaps with defined action items
• Serve as the sales and process consultant for OEM Regional staff and dealers
• Create and disseminate support material of defined fundamentals and best practices
• Provide field support for regional meetings and seminars
• Train personnel on reporting tools using adult learning methodologies
• Analyze dealership sales landscape and consult with senior staff on strategy
