Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Lean Advisor I to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations in the United States. This role focuses on OMS & CI tooling, training, coaching, and delivering value through process improvements that boost productivity, throughput, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in lean transformation and operations, and strong data analysis skills to support solution design, metrics, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale Lean Transformation or Continuous Improvement/Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Logistics industry experience.
• 5+ years of Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, problem solving framework & solution design support on projects.
• Ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from statistical analysis.
• Develop current and future state process flows to improve any functional area.
• Develop presentations to illustrate project scope, cost benefit analysis and solution recommendations.
• Inspire others to engage in CI workshops and daily continuous improvement with the right knowledge and tools to improve their everyday work.
• Leads troubleshooting for high level complexity problems.
• Oversees project management for new projects and process improvements.
