DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive operational performance across diverse sites and lead key customer projects.

You will support layout, design, improvement, and implementation to help sites reach peak performance while championing continuous improvement initiatives. A related bachelor’s degree and 0–4 years in distribution or logistics are typical requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent.
• 0-4 years of experience in distribution or logistics.
• Experience with distribution, logistics, project management (preferred).
• Familiar with basic concept of continuous improvement.
• Capable of using AutoCAD and making layout changes.

Aufgaben

• Work independently to manage deadlines and prioritize your workload.
• Provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
• Participate in management circles.
• Deliver results.
