DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive operational performance across multiple sites, manage deadlines, and lead layout, design, improvement, and implementation efforts to reach peak performance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality and safety gains, and collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal teams to deliver tangible profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, required.
• 0-4 years of experience in distribution or logistics, required.
• Experience with distribution, logistics, project management, preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience, required.
• Some knowledge of Industrial Engineering, preferred.
• Capable of using AutoCAD and making layout changes.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to manage deadlines and prioritize your workload in a manner that enables you to achieve results
• Provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation that enables our sites to achieve peak performance
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer
• Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements
• Participate in management circles
• Deliver results
