Job summary

Brodie Rec. League is hiring a League Manager to run a Brodie location end to end in Atlanta. You will lead a floor crew on game night and ensure every game starts on time, on brand, and to Brodie standards.

During the week, you manage payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communication, and outreach to keep your gym full while collaborating with a City Launcher in new markets. The role rewards consistent leadership and exceptional athlete service.

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew. Schedule, brief and lead every Scorekeeper, Referee, Athlete Experience Specialist, Athlete Highlight Specialist and media staffer on your nights, typically 10-15 people and up to 20 at our busiest venues.
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard. Set the gym to the site map, run the pre-game Launch Meeting, keep every game starting on time and streaming live, settle disputes on the spot, and close out scoresheets, photo verification and reporting within 4 hours of the final game.
• Own the athlete experience. Greet every captain and work the room between games. Answer every player and captain message within 24 hours and follow up

Role Overview

The League Manager runs a Brodie location end to end. On game night, you lead a floor crew and are accountable for every game starting on time, on brand and to the Brodie Standard. The rest of the week, you own the work nobody sees: payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communication, and partner on the outreach that fills your gym and keeps it full.

You report to a District Manager, who owns your region end to end, and in new or smaller markets you work in partnership with a City Launcher to grow the league while you run it. Rotate your crew across seats so every court is covered, redeploy staff when a game forfeits, hold the standard in the moment (uniform, positions, focus, branding), and coach, document and elevate when it falls.
• Run game night to the Brodie Standard. Set the gym to the site map, run the pre-game Launch Meeting, keep every game starting on time and streaming live, settle disputes on the spot, and close out scoresheets, photo verification and reporting within 4 hours of the final game.
• Own the athlete experience. Greet every captain and work the room between games. Answer every player and captain message within 24 hours and follow up
