What You’ll Do

• Travel to pre‑qualified homeowner appointments within a 2‑hour radius daily.
• Perform product demonstrations and present custom quotes during in‑home consultations.
• Follow a value‑based selling process, embodying honesty and integrity.
• Attend sales trainings and regular team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Experience navigating iPad applications.
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close sales.

Compensation

• Uncapped, full‑commission structure; current consultants earn $80,000–$220,000+.
