About the Unit:

Marketing Unit creates a strong online presence and differentiates NV's services in a competitive market. The unit develops a clear brand message that emphasizes the company's unique value proposition, whether it's reliability, speed, or eco-friendly practices. This message is reflected across all marketing materials and customer interactions. They use digital tools to nurture leads and build trust with potential customers, involving email marketing campaigns with personalized offers, engaging social media content, and online customer reviews and testimonials.

About the Job:

The Leads Generation Manager (LGM) works closely with the Head of Marketing and is responsible for leading the Leads Generation Specialist and agency to achieve KPIs through various sources, not limited to inbound channels. He/she will assess channel-specific gaps, make recommendations, and oversee the execution of lead generation strategies.

The position also collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to develop strategies that help the sales team meet their acquisition targets. Additionally, the LGM will work with the Regional Sales Support Team to improve lead generation strategies aligning with sales KPIs.

Main Duties

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with Ninja Van’s overall goals.
  2. Identify opportunities based on market data, sales feedback, and competitor activity.
  3. Tailor strategies for different industry verticals and Ninja Van offerings.
  4. Collaborate with sales unit heads to define target segments and key USPs for initial messaging.
  5. Monitor and manage lead funnel stages (lead, prospect, opportunity) in Salesforce.
  6. Ensure timely processing of leads by Ninja Van sales units in Salesforce.
  7. Define and implement lead qualification criteria and scoring systems.
  8. Review source effectiveness and enforce SLAs between lead gen and sales teams.
  9. Participate in regular check-ins with marketing and sales channel leads to align efforts.
  10. Identify and address program gaps or challenges with proposed solutions.
  11. Collaborate with marketing to increase inbound sign-ups through co-developed campaigns.
  12. Build acquisition and nurturing email campaigns for prospects.
  13. Identify inefficiencies in lead generation processes, tools, or scripts.
  14. Pilot new solutions such as automation and AI tools.
  15. Streamline lead qualification and handover workflows within Ninja Van and Salesforce.
  16. Analyze industry demand using sales insights and research.
  17. Assist sales in identifying high-potential segments for existing and new products.
  18. Segment leads based on relevance, volume, industry, and shipping behavior in Salesforce.
  19. Work with Trade Marketing to guide lead processes and segmentation.
  20. Generate lead lists using directories, scraping tools, digital ads, and referrals.
  21. Write scripts, email templates, and cadences tailored to Ninja Van’s services.
  22. Execute outbound and follow-up campaigns using Salesforce and other tools.
  23. A/B test content and optimize outreach strategies.
  24. Collaborate with marketing on campaign planning and execution.
  25. Ensure lead data quality and proper tagging in Salesforce.
  26. Conduct training on data hygiene and entry standards.
  27. Perform regular audits of Salesforce data for lead generation and sales teams.
  28. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  29. Track KPIs such as qualification rate and conversion metrics.
  30. Generate insights for strategic adjustments.
