About the Job:
The Leads Generation Manager (LGM) works closely with the Head of Marketing and is responsible for leading the Leads Generation Specialist and agency to achieve KPIs through various sources, not limited to inbound channels. He/she will assess channel-specific gaps, make recommendations, and oversee the execution of lead generation strategies.
The position also collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to develop strategies that help the sales team meet their acquisition targets. Additionally, the LGM will work with the Regional Sales Support Team to improve lead generation strategies aligning with sales KPIs.
