Job summary

Tallahassee State College seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to oversee Leadership Institute programs, coordinate scheduling and cohorts, and support training delivery and LMS administration. The role includes data reporting, assessment design, and research to strengthen leadership offerings.

A high school diploma with relevant experience is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position is full-time, grant-funded, within the Office of Staff Development and Training, offering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six years of technical experience in training, planning, scheduling, customer service, LMS, or a combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred and may substitute for four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Institute: screen applicants, schedule coordination, start-to-finish cohort coordination, provide coaching and tech assistance.
• Facilitate training: adjunct facilitator for Leadership Institute and Professional Development trainings.
