Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, training, business, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership programs and advanced leadership development initiatives.
• Plan, facilitate, and execute governance activities for workforce development.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and LMS, track mandatory training, and produce program metrics.
