Let’s Play Soccer in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Manager in Training to begin a leadership track toward General Manager. You will learn to recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from the GM, while helping drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts at $45k–$54k with a clear promotion path to $70k–$80k+, and includes comprehensive benefits and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
