Let’s Play Soccer in Lindon, UT is seeking a Manager in Training to learn leadership and run daily operations toward a General Manager role. The role focuses on team development, revenue growth through leagues, memberships, and local partnerships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will gain hands-on coaching, leadership mentorship, and certifications while progressing toward a GM position. Location is Lindon, with a starting salary of 45,000–54,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and willing to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and help every guest feel valued.
• Own your growth: track your progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.
