Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Preferred: co-op/internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role
• Business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to assist in informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on sales management and operations projects.
• Participate in professional development with executive seminars/divisional summits
