Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to kickstart a leadership career through hands-on rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

You will work with experienced managers to learn daily operations, build customer relationships, analyze sales data, and develop leadership skills. Relocation support is available regionally, with clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
