Hertz Local Edition is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our Davenport branch. You’ll learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, service, operations, and fleet logistics, with a clear path to leadership.

You’ll be prepared for a promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months, earning $17.00 per hour as you gain experience and drive branch performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn the business and grow into leadership.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process.
• Assist daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization and documentation.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication and coaching.
• Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities.
