Hertz Local Edition in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Manager Trainee to learn the rental branch business and develop leadership skills for future advancement. You will participate in structured training to support daily operations and customer service while working toward a Branch Manager role.

The role offers hands-on experience in sales, operations, and fleet management, with opportunities for promotion within 12–18 months. Wage is $17.00 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics.
• Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
