Qualificações

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Outdoors-friendly, positive attitude, and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, from opening/closing routines to quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer quality expectations.
• Accelerated program that prepares you to step into the Assistant General Manager role and lead your own location as GM.
