Mister Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT) to develop leaders for our fast-paced service environment. You will work with a Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, oversee safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction while building your leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to give clear feedback, build confidence, and help teammates grow.
• Excellent organization and ability to stay focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
