Job summary

SIXT is launching a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track your path into a leadership role. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on responsibility, and be prepared to lead in one of the world’s most innovative mobility companies.

You’ll earn an hourly rate of $24.20 with a performance-based bonus and use of a company car after program completion. We seek ambitious, curious, and proactive individuals ready to grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality or Management.
• Willingness to travel within the United States up to 50% during the program.
• Not a fully remote position; flexibility to operate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in a 12-month program and support operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management and Performance Management with clear learning goals.
• Work in day-to-day operations from day one across core activities and receive training in communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
