• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning vehicles, lot management and customer service
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management and prepare for future leadership roles
