Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead Lexicon University programs across leadership development, skilled trades, onboarding, and early-career development. You will design curricula, manage facilitators, and ensure a high-quality learner experience.

You will partner with leaders to align workforce development with business needs, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across a distributed workforce in a heavy industrial and construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Experience managing people and coaching.
• Experience with grant writing or management.
• DDI certification preferred.
• Certifications in training or leadership development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lexicon University development programs including leadership development and apprenticeships.
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and translate into curriculum maps and training plans.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning for leadership and skilled trades.
• Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and e-learning content.
• Track program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
• Coach direct reports and coordinate training operations and communications.
