Job summary

Cintas Corporation invites you to join its Management Trainee program in the United States. The role includes rotations across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management and Service Management with mentorship from experienced managers to prepare you for advancement.

Candidates should have or be close to earning a Bachelor’s degree within six months, be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and DOT medical certification.

• Active driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
