Job summary

Sagora Senior Living’s Corporate Office in Fort Worth seeks a Recruiter to support leadership and Home Office openings. This hybrid role works in the office Tue–Thu and from home Mon and Fri, with a casual dress code. The company emphasizes growth, care, and a Great Place To Work designation.

You will source candidates for leadership roles and Home Office positions, manage ads across ATS and sources, and coordinate interviews, travel, and onboarding while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Source candidates for open leadership and Home Office positions.
• Maintain job ads on ATS and other sourcing sites.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiting agencies, and using additional job-related print and online sources.
• Screen applicants by conducting preliminary interviews or gathering additional information from candidates to determine job fit.
• Coordinates management interviews with hiring manager including scheduling travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
• Process the offer letter, background screening, employment agreement, drug screening, and onboarding for new hires.
• Recruiting-related projects.
• Back-up to the Recruiting email inbox, answering questions from communities and candidates, and managing team member access to the ATS.
