Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a recruiter to support leadership openings and corporate recruiting for Home Office positions from our Downtown Fort Worth office. This role blends in-office collaboration with hybrid remote work, handling ATS postings, candidate screenings, and offer processing to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

You will support communities across twelve states, source candidates through diverse channels, and provide regular updates on vacancies, all while upholding equal

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for recruiting and great communication.
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting leadership roles with interview responsibilities.
• Degree in HR, management, or communications or related field.
• Understanding of EEO/ADA and related employment laws.
• Experience using ATS; Paradox a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for leadership and Home Office positions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain job postings on ATS and sourcing sites.
• Attract applicants by posting ads, contacting agencies, and exploring new sourcing channels (universities, unemployment centers, etc.).
• Screen applicants to determine job fit using job requirements.
• Coordinate management interviews, travel, lodging, and meals; arrange interviews and tours.
• Provide updates and reports on vacancies and address obstacles in recruiting process.
• Process offers, background checks, employment agreements, and onboarding.
• Back-up to recruiting email inbox and support requisitions and access to the ATS.
