Job summary

The East-West Center in Honolulu seeks a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to design, coordinate, facilitate, and implement cohort-based leadership programs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• At least four years of program facilitation or teaching experience.
• Experience in leadership or professional development in cross-cultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers cohort-based leadership curricula and learning experiences.
• Facilitates workshops and activities, guiding participant engagement and application.
• Leads program implementation, partnerships, and expert engagement with stakeholders.
• Evaluates programs, collects feedback, and informs continuous improvement.
• Contributes to organizational learning and candidate selection for Center programs.
