Job summary

Berea College in Berea, KY seeks a Program Coordinator for the Brushy Fork Leadership Institute to design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs across Central Appalachia and beyond. Programs and events occur on campus and at external sites.

The role requires strong facilitation, evaluation skills, and collaboration with diverse communities. You will develop curricula, deliver workshops, and produce reports for funders and Berea College leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to training, leadership, community, economic development; Master’s preferred.
• At least three years of leadership program design, facilitation, training, evaluation, and recruitment.
• Ability to design and deliver workshops for diverse groups; neutral in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs and workshops.
• Design summative and formative evaluation tools and produce reports for sponsors.
• Coordinate activities with Berea College and community partners; travel as needed.
