CED is actively seeking self-starters for its Management Training Program in the North Carolina/Tennessee area. Trainees learn every aspect of the business to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

On-the-job training lasts 2–3 years with rotations through warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, and project management, plus online courses in electrical systems, sales, and management. You must be 18+, have a degree or related experience, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Geographically flexible during training.

Mansioni

• On-the-job training lasts 2–3 years with rotations across warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside/outside sales, project and inventory management.
• Attend sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.
• Online training in electrical systems, sales, and management.
