Promotion to District Manager is earned by proving strong leadership, improving KPIs, and delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience. You will coach staff, manage payroll and inventory, and drive growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams or stores.
• Ability to drive KPIs and operational excellence.
