AIL is hiring an entry-level Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative. This role is 100% remote (U.S.) with full-time hours and flexible schedule. You will educate clients on benefits, provide ongoing support, and participate in mentorship and career growth opportunities.

No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. Ideal candidates communicate well, are self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
