Qualifications
- Must have proven leadership experience — at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to grow and mentor others in a rapid-growth organization.
