Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching a leadership career pathway through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Hendersonville, TN. You will work closely with an experienced General Manager to develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities over a 16-week training period.

You will help deliver an outstanding guest experience, lead daily operations, and grow sales of memberships and services, while you build confidence and pursue a path toward Assistant General

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Responsibilities
