Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is launching a Leader-in-Training program in Florida designed to develop tomorrow's store leaders. Trainees work closely with the Team Leader and District Manager to ensure strong store performance and complete a focused 6‑month track that culminates in eligibility for Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader roles.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years of age.
• 6 months retail leadership experience or 2 years of related business education plus equivalent experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with guests and team members daily.
• Complete LIT program training within 6 months or less with competency checklists.
• Attend all training sessions and meetings as scheduled.
• Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Open/close the store and manage cash control and receiving shipments.
• Develop supervisory skills including delegation, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Support company initiatives such as resets, remodels, new store openings and in-store events.
