Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years post-master’s or five years-post bachelor’s project coordination experience.
• Experience building working relationships with external partners.
• Proven ability to engage individuals on the phone and in person.
• Experience working with complex data sets and tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in donor discovery and identify prospective donors for engagement.
• Support multi-channel outreach for mid-level donors.
• Coordinate gift processing and acknowledge gifts with Gift Services.
• Produce lists and track donor activity in the database.
• Coordinate programmatic and administrative activities to meet annual goals.
• Develop donor-facing and departmental materials; support content reviews.
• Coordinate cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Attend meetings and monitor activities to ensure objectives are met.
