The role requires face-to-face solicitations, moves management, and data-driven fundraising to drive annual gifts up to $10,000 per household. Based at the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, the position reports to the CDO and requires travel across the United States; salary range is $75,000–$85,000 with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of frontline fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success soliciting and closing annual or leadership gifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 1923 Society program and benefits framework.
• Grow Society participation and revenue through renewals and upgrades.
• Conduct 10–12 off-site, in-person donor meetings monthly; follow up via calls and emails.
