You will partner with leaders to foster a positive culture and deliver onboarding, workshops, and professional development aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, LMS experience, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives while maintaining program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training or leadership development.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating instructional materials and training documentation.
• Familiarity with LMS, virtual training platforms, and e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development and employee engagement training.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions and onboarding.
• Support onboarding initiatives reinforcing company values and culture.
• Partner with HR and leadership to identify development needs.
• Create facilitator guides, presentations, activities, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Measure training effectiveness via evaluations and performance metrics.
• Maintain training schedules and resources in the LMS.
• Contribute to change management and organizational development initiatives.
