Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will guide a large leadership team, develop store plans, and ensure consistent service and hospitality across all shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast food or hospitality, a track record of ownership and completion, and a strong focus on team development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience leading at least 10 team members.
• Proven ownership and completion track record.
• Basic computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication.
• Lead a team of 15+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards.
• Coach leadership team to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results.
• Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled.
• Create a quarterly business plan and set weekly objectives.
• Set store goals, share results, and celebrate successes.
• Hold team members accountable to all policy standards and provide feedback.
• Ensure proper procedures for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with a positive approach to all situations.
• Coordinate open communication with executive leadership and direct reports.
• Facilitate development of staff and identify growth goals.
• Identify potential leaders and develop them operationally and relationally.
