Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to elevate the customer experience, optimize store processes, and lead a team of 15+ leaders. You will foster a healthy work environment, coach leaders, and drive performance to meet Chick-fil-A standards.

The role calls for strong hospitality experience, business acumen, and a commitment to development of staff and operations with a flexible schedule across store hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, customer service or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members.
• Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel.

• Ensure proper procedures are followed for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy


• Communicate effectively with a positive approach to all situations


• Coordinate open communication with executive leadership and direct reports through scheduled meetings, email, phone calls, and communication platforms


• Facilitate professional & personal development of staff by identifying staff member goals and how Chick-fil-a fits into their plan.


• Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow operationally and relationally


• Utilize development tools and platforms to create an environment of learning and growth


• Hold all senior leadership accountable for their personal and professional development and job responsibilities


• Maintain an open and flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with business needs


• Work in the store at Stapley Drive in any position and perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older


• Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, customer service or hospitality environment


• Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members


• Track record of ownership and commitment to completion


• Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel


• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position


• Demonstrated optimism & a positive attitude


• Initiative and hospitality skills
