• 5–7 years in OD, Training, or Learning and Development roles.
• Strong facilitation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage curriculums including annual compliance training.
• Coordinate early career development programs and rotations.
• Oversee LMS and performance management systems.
• Analyze training data and report to stakeholders.
• Evaluate vendor partnerships for training and coaching.
• Update programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Provide cross‑functional support as needed.
