Chicken Salad Chick in Tuscaloosa and Northport offers an 18-month Leadership Development Program to learn the ins and outs of operating a Chicken Salad Chick franchise under mentorship from the local Franchise Owner.

Participants will master restaurant management systems, grow catering, analyze financials, and develop leadership capabilities, with future paths toward Managing Partner roles or connections to the Atlanta Support Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• Commitment to 18 months of leadership training.
• Fits corporate and local mission statements.
• Self-starter, coachable and willing to lead by example.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability Mon-Sat with 35+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Attend coaching sessions with local Franchise Owner to track progress.
• Attend, facilitate, and lead weekly Restaurant Leadership Team meetings.
• Participate in personal and professional development activities.
• Engage in leadership conferences and cross-location visits.
• Support growth initiatives and learn operations across the restaurant.
• Learn and implement off-site programs and catering growth.
