Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick Headquarters Atlanta is seeking an entry‑level team member for the development department to support franchise and corporate operations in opening new locations. You will coordinate with internal teams to drive efficiency and profitability for existing restaurants, while honing time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with permits, licensing, vendor onboarding, and accounts administration; supporting project managers and franchise owners

Qualifications

• 1-3 years real estate, construction and/ or development administration experience.
• Organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support development/admin tasks for franchise and corporate projects.
• Assist in permitting, licensing, account administration, scheduling and vendor onboarding.
• Help initiate accounts with vendors and authorities to enable construction and operations.
• Communicate with corporate staff, franchise owners, and vendors to progress projects.
• Coordinate maintenance agreements for corporate locations (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.).
• Assist in management of franchise sales, real estate and construction documentation and data input.
• Collaborate with other departments on development progress and events.
• Coordinate weekly calls with franchise owners to prioritize tasks.
• Perform well under pressure with multiple projects.
