Sazerac in Bardstown, KY, offers the Leadership Development Program – Distillation, a full-time, 2-year rotation to grow leadership and technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Rotations may include Distillation, Aging Warehouse, Quality, Planning and Processing, with development opportunities to build leadership capabilities. Candidates must be engineering graduates with GPA 3.0+, willing to relocate within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an engineering discipline between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
• Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S
• Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
• Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op
• Ability to pay attention to detail

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Distillation is full-time, 2-year leadership development program designed to provide exposure across areas of the distillation operation, with leadership development experiences based on business needs and available opportunities.

The program provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our industry and develop skills to lead teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Potential Development Experiences in the Rotation:

• Distillation
• Aging Warehouse
• Quality, Planning and Processing

Specific rotations, assignments, timing, and responsibilities are subject to business needs and may vary throughout the program. Participation in a particular area or rotation is not guaranteed
