Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist, Leadership Development to support program management and coordination across national leadership initiatives. You will handle logistics, documentation, dashboard reporting, and communication with stakeholders to ensure programs run smoothly.

The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years in administrative, training or operations support, required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ year of admin/training/ops experience required when holding an associate degree; 3+ years without an associate degree
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred
• Experience coordinating training programs is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports administrative aspects of nationally sponsored learning opportunities, including training requests and CPE documentation
• Gathers and documents logistics for live training events
• Schedules meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards for course management and reporting
• Maintains LMS content and course catalog
• Communicates assessment progress and program status to stakeholders
• Maintains SharePoint sites and course materials
• Travels as needed to support program delivery
• Other duties as required
