• Associate degree or 3+ years in admin/ops role required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS, analytics, business, or management.
• 1+ year in admin/ops with an associate degree or 3+ years without.

Responsibilities

• Supports administrative aspects of nationally sponsored learning opportunities.
• Gathers and documents logistics for live training events and agendas.
• Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards to support program operations.
• Maintains LMS content, course catalogs, and communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinates with L&D and external vendors to meet deadlines.
