Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum of two years as a Training & Development practitioner.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and evaluation of training and performance programs.
• Develops and designs training curricula with cross-departmental teams.
• Manages New Hire Orientation and Onboarding processes.
