Pilot Company is seeking a Leadership Development Intern for the summer of 2027 in Knoxville, Tennessee. You will support the implementation and coordination of leadership development experiences, including assessments, executive coaching and training programs, learning design, and stakeholder collaboration.

The internship runs in-person from June 7 to August 13, 2027 at our Knoxville headquarters, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise leadership initiatives and opportunities to build

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Leadership Studies, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building abilities, critical thinking, collaboration and organizational skills.
• A passion for leadership development, a desire to learn and an eagerness to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with leadership program implementation: plan and administer leadership development programs (virtual and in-person).
• Support leadership initiatives: contribute to assessments, executive coaching and program operations.
• Help develop learning experiences: assist with instructional design, communications, content organization and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate across the business: work with leaders, HR, Talent Management, Culture and other stakeholders to ensure program delivery.
